FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting
Regular budget consolidation
Cash flow management
Debt management and collection
Maintaining payroll system
Maintaining company's KPI
Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
Preparing high-level financial and tax reports and analysis
Ensuring compliance with government regulations
Developing financial reviews and providing investment advice
Working closely with management to share reports and analysis findings
Managing and mentoring accounting, finance and operation team to achieve company's goal
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a Financial controller 2+ years
Bachelors or Masters qualifications in Accounting & Finance
CPA or CMA preferred
Thorough knowledge of Indonesian Accounting & Taxation practices
Advance Skills: CORETAX, Accurate, E-SPT, PPh, PPN, Tax Planning & Tax Risk Analyze, Brevet A & B, Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
Excellent organization and administration skills
Strong analytical & attention to detail
Self motivated, initiative, and able to work under pressure
Responsible, trustworthy, and high level of integrity
