Day-to-Day Who We’re Looking For
Retrieve and consolidate coach performance data from various sports centers.
Utilize AI tools to analyze coach performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Support the development and implementation of coach qualification improvement initiatives.
Assist in remote observation processes to evaluate coaching effectiveness.
Prepare reports and summaries on coach performance trends and improvement strategies.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure data accuracy and effective program execution.
Who We’re Looking For
Proficiency in basic Excel or Google Sheets for data organization.
Ability to work with and analyze data to draw insights.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable with technology and learning new AI tools.
Excellent communication skills for data retrieval and reporting.
