Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering from a reputable university (fresh graduates are welcome).
Internship experience in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with a neat and organized working style.
Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn about procurement processes.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Able to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Job Description
Assist the procurement team in sourcing suppliers and collecting price quotations.
Support the preparation and processing of purchase requests and purchase orders.
Help maintain procurement files, vendor lists, and documentation in an organized manner.
Follow up with vendors regarding delivery schedules, order confirmation, and required documents.
Assist in comparing quotations and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and lead time.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Procurement Supervisor or Supply Chain Manager.
