Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client relationships within the event management industry. This role is responsible for managing the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing project execution to ensure exceptional client experiences and successful event delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding and maintaining the company's client portfolio.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and improve sales performance.
- Oversee the planning and execution of event projects to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Establish project schedules, resource plans, and performance tracking measures to support successful project implementation.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and deliverables, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring effective communication and proactive management of expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, logistics, technical, and operations departments, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate with external suppliers, contractors, and partners to support event requirements and business objectives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and performance updates for management review.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the event management industry.
