KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct regular client visits to collect information on customers’ communication project construction requirements, plans and budgets.
- Maintain customer relationships and keep regular communication with key department contacts of clients.
- Develop tailored solutions based on client demands. Coordinate with the internal procurement and project delivery teams to calculate internal costs, work out reasonable pricing and submit quotations to clients accordingly.
- Upon receipt of tender documents from clients, organize the internal bidding team, assign bidding tasks and track progress to ensure smooth bidding procedures.
- Gather commercial information from clients, submit internal reports and facilitate management’s decision-making on our commercial proposals.
- Analyze local telecom market trends based on Philippine clients’ annual investment plans, and provide sound recommendations to company management.
PERFORMANCE STANDARD
- Client visits and project requirement collection;
- Solution design and technical guidance;
- Internal cost estimation;
- Organization and completion of bidding work.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Over 8 years of working experience in the telecommunications industry;
- Possess more than 5 years of experience in sales, pre-sales and bidding;
- Proficient in communication products and technologies including optical cables, transmission networks and communication equipment rooms;
- Excellent communication skills and team management capabilities.
