- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, ERP Consultant, Product Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience with accounting software is required; experience with Accurate ERP is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Omnichannel Order Management Systems (OMS) is highly preferred.
- Experience in API integration, including understanding REST APIs and system integration workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into product solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
- Job Description:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success teams to define product features and enhancements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and support the Sales team during pre-sales activities by understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
- Analyze customer workflows and recommend solutions to improve warehouse management and omnichannel operations.
- Create detailed requirement documents, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate API integration projects with third-party systems such as ERP, marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, logistics providers, and accounting software.
- Support implementation, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and product rollout activities.
- Monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and propose product enhancements based on customer feedback and market needs.
- Provide functional support and product consultation to implementation and support teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and continuous improvement.
- Provide product training and onboarding for customers and internal teams.
- Assist in troubleshooting functional issues and provide post-implementation support when required.
- Monitor customer feedback and implementation outcomes to recommend product improvements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends in WMS, OMS, ERP, logistics, inventory management, and e-commerce technologies.
