Job Requirements

Job Summary:
The Motorized Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of delivery personnel. The role ensures that deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule while maintaining fleet records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign delivery routes and ensure timely completion of deliveries.
- Monitor vehicle condition and schedule preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain records of vehicle registration, insurance, fuel consumption, and maintenance history.
- Ensure riders comply with traffic laws, company safety policies, and operational procedures.
- Investigate and report vehicle accidents, damages, or delivery issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams regarding delivery schedules.
- Track delivery performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Manage fuel usage and vehicle expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating delivery riders when necessary.
