Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and convert prospects into new clients by managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, across various industries including corporate, property, hospitality, F&B, retail, and more.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, existing clients, and business partners.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and partnership offers tailored to client needs.
- Conduct sales pitches, service presentations, and negotiations.
- Achieve sales targets and client acquisition goals set by the company.
- Perform regular follow-ups and maximize opportunities for repeat business from existing clients.
- Attend in-person meetings, networking events, and client visits when required.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and target achievements.
- Identify market trends, industry needs, and business opportunities to support the agency's growth.
- Collaborate with the creative, procurement, and purchasing teams to ensure client needs are properly communicated and delivered.
Qualifications
- Currently based in Jakarta, Tangerang, South Tangerang, or surrounding areas.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development, Account Executive, or a similar role.
- Experience in a creative agency, advertising agency, digital agency, media company, event organizer, or related industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant business tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English or other languages is a plus.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Confident, target-driven, and highly motivated to achieve results.
