Job Description

Menganalisis dan memetakan proses bisnis perusahaan dengan melakukan pembuatan Business Process Ideal yang akan digunakan oleh perusahaan.
Mengidentifikasi inefisiensi dan memberikan solusi perbaikan proses.
Mendukung implementasi perubahan proses (change management)
Menyusun rencana strategis jangka pendek, menengah, dan panjang perusahaan serta melakukan analisis bisnis (market analysis, competitor analysis, trend industri).

Requirements

Minimal pendidikan S1 Teknik Industri, Teknik Kimia atau jurusan Teknik lainnya dengan IPK minimal 3,00 dari 4,00
Pengalaman 1 tahun sebagai Corporate Planning ataupun bidang bisnis lainnya (Freshgraduated dipersilahkan melamar)
Mampu mengoperasikan Ms Office
Memahami Documentation Management dan Financial Management
Memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris
Memiliki pengetahuan terkait Organizational Performance Management, Organization Design, Strategic Management, Culture Management Planning & Budgeting Control
