Job Description
As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars.
Create engaging content, including photos, videos, and copywriting.
Manage daily posting across all social media platforms.
Monitor content performance and prepare analytics reports.
Engage with online audiences by responding to comments and direct messages.
Research industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing teams to execute digital campaigns.
Coordinate with KOLs and influencers to support brand awareness and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
Excellent content planning, copywriting, and communication skills.
Familiar with social media analytics and reporting tools.
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
Passionate about digital marketing and current social media trends.
