Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Mengelola toko online di berbagai marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, dll.).
Melayani pelanggan melalui WhatsApp secara manual (bukan chatbot).
Menerima, memproses, dan mencatat pesanan yang masuk.
Memperbarui stok, harga, dan informasi produk di marketplace.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang dan pengiriman untuk memastikan proses order berjalan lancar.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang terkait retur, refund, dan cancel order.
Membuat laporan penjualan dan order harian maupun mingguan.

Kualifikasi :

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Admin Online atau Customer Service.
Terbiasa mengelola toko di marketplace, terutama Shopee dan/atau Tokopedia.
Terbiasa melayani dan membalas chat pelanggan melalui WhatsApp secara manual (bukan chatbot).
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
Teliti, jujur, komunikatif, serta bertanggung jawab.
Memiliki kendaraan pribadi (motor) dan SIM C aktif menjadi nilai tambah.
