Job Description :

  • As a translator for Mandarin, English and Indonesian

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with office staffs and external parties

  • Managing calendar and organizing appointments / meetings / events, booking and arranging travel including transport and itineraries

  • Preparing and compiling reports, presentations and correspondence

  • Managing databases and filing systems

Requirements :
