Job Description:
- Receive the escalated cases and perform the follow up actions based on the effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Provide the appropriate solutions for Customers' cases related to Request & Complain for Online Travel Agency within the agreed SLA
- Create the ticketing documentation based on the applied Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or Working Instructions (WI)
- Deliver the correct and effective communication to Customers, internal team, partners, and stakeholders
- Always comply with the latest SOP, Working Instructions, Company guidelines
- Actively involve in team's activity based on availability"
Job Requirements:
- Experienced contact center agents (preferably experience in the online travel agency)
- Min. D3 - S1, with min GPA 2.75
- Familiar with Salesforce/CRM
- Preferably have active English skills (speaking/writing/reading/listening) min CEFR Level B1- Upper Intermediate
- Willing to work in a 24-hour shifting
- Willing to be placed in Semarang
- Willing to join as soon as possible
