Ground Operations Specialist – Office of the CEO
Core Mission
To serve as the physical extension of the CEO Office on the ground. This role is responsible for conducting advance site visits, managing local logistics, assessing operational readiness, and mitigating ground risks prior to and during the CEO’s arrival at any domestic or international destination.

- Seamless Transit Execution
- Crisis & Contingency Planning

3. Field Surveys & Intelligence Gathering
- Finding Missions
- Discreet Assessments
Required Competencies & Profile
- Highly resourceful, physically resilient, and culturally adaptive. Comfortable navigating diverse environments, from rural development sites to ultra-luxury urban venues.
- Ability to manage local vendors, security personnel, and property managers firmly while maintaining absolute discretion and representing the I AM CORIM values.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure; able to anticipate logistical friction before it disrupts the schedule.
- Experience in high-end corporate security, diplomatic protective operations, or elite hospitality/expedition logistics is highly preferred.
