Job Description:
1. Daily Warehouse Operations Management
Responsible for the overall daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, sorting, and shipping of goods.
Supervise and direct warehouse workers (e.g., manpowers, stackers, etc.) in completing various operational tasks, ensuring that work procedures are standardized.
2. Inventory Management & Stocktaking
Systematically manage the company's overall inventory, ensuring accuracy between records and physical stock.
Conduct regular stocktaking (physical inventory counts) periodically.
Monitor stock levels, providing early warnings for potential stock shortages (stockout) or excess inventory (overstock).
3. Operational Procedures & Safety Management
Implement standard warehouse operating procedures.
Ensure warehouse activities comply with safety standards and supervise workers in safely operating equipment.
Coordinate with other departments (such as Procurement and Sales) regarding material flow and information communication.
4. Experience in dealing with customs is a strong plus point.
Qualifications:
Mandatory Requirements:
Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) majors in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related fields are preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse management.
Language: Able to communicate in English (both written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications (Added Value):
Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred.
Experience in manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce logistics is preferred.
