About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and service-minded Daily Worker Server to join our front-of-house team at Maison Almaz.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in delivering a smooth and enjoyable dining experience — from the moment guests are seated to the moment they leave.
Set up the dining area and ensure all tables are properly prepared before service begins.
Greet guests, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
Handle payments, clear tables, and support the team to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
What We're Looking For
Minimum High School education; background in Hospitality or Tourism is a plus.
Prior experience in a restaurant, café, or F&B environment is preferred; friendly, well-groomed, and professional with a guest-first attitude.
Good communication and teamwork skills, with basic English as an advantage and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays with a reliable, positive attitude under pressure.
Nice to Have
Experience working in a lounge, rooftop bar, or Mediterranean/international restaurant.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage pairing or Mediterranean cuisine.
