Job Responsibilities
• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
• Read and interpret sales reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Assist in preparing sales dashboards, summaries, and performance reports
• Support the sales team in tracking targets, quotas, and achievements
• Maintain accurate sales records and update databases regularly
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding sales orders, updates, and client requirements
• Provide insights based on basic sales analysis to help improve sales strategies
• Assist in administrative and reporting tasks related to sales operations
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related courses
• Ability to read and understand sales reports and basic data analysis
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (charts, basic formulas preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
