We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role offers the potential for promotion to a Supervisor position based on performance and leadership capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5–10 years of relevant sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with PEZA (Philippine Economic Zone Authority) processes and requirements
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships
Work Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Promote and sell the company's manufacturing products and services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with Production and Operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Participate in marketing activities, trade shows, and customer events.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
- Perform other sales and marketing duties as assigned.
