We are looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer support by assisting members with healthcare-related inquiries, including benefits, claims, billing, and eligibility. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, at least 10 months of Healthcare BPO experience, and is passionate about providing quality customer service.
Qualifications
- At least 10 months of Healthcare BPO/customer service experience
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Computer literate and able to navigate multiple systems
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule in Clark, Pampanga
Key Responsibilities
- Handle healthcare-related customer inquiries via phone.
- Assist with benefits, claims, billing, eligibility, and account concerns.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Resolve concerns or escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Follow HIPAA, company policies, and quality standards.
- Meet performance and customer satisfaction targets.
