Job description:

The Ultrasound Application Specialist provides clinical product demonstrations, end-user training, and technical support to ensure effective and accurate use of ultrasound equipment. The role assists healthcare professionals during installations, conducts competency training,

and addresses application-related concerns. It supports customer satisfaction by delivering expert guidance, optimizing system utilization, and ensuring the proper application of ultrasound machines.

 

Duties and Responsibilities  

  1. Conduct ultrasound demonstrations for doctors, sonologists, radiologists & technologists.
  2. Perform system setup, customization of presets, measurements, author, annotations etc.    
  3. Highlight clinical advantages & features of the ultrasound system.     
  4. Answer application related inquiries.  
  5. Coordinate with the service team for technical issues that require engineering support.     
  6. Provide product application training on ultrasound machine operation
