PT. Tropical Infusions, a hotel and villa management company, is seeking an experienced Front Desk & Reservations professional to join our team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in front desk or reservations (hotel/villa)
- Proven experience managing bookings through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) - must be able to write clear, professional emails and speak confidently with international guests
- Customer service-oriented with excellent attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Managing guest reservations across multiple OTA platforms
- Handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Communicating professionally with international guests via email, phone, and messaging
- Coordinating with operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintaining accurate reservation records and updates
