About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Customer Support Representative (Japanese Speaker) with experience in the hotel or hospitality industry to join our team. This position can be done remotely
In this role, you will assist customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via call, chat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
- Provide clear product or service information to customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
- Japanese proficiency at least JLPT N3
- Experience working in the hospitality or tourism industry
- Familiarity with OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, etc
- Experience in customer service or customer support role is preferred
- Strong communication skills (English and Japanese)
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable using digital tools and support systems
