About the role
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at PT Interpak Industries Batam' in Batam Kota Riau Islands. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production operations and ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our products.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and production targets
Oversee the workflow and monitor productivity levels to identify and resolve any bottlenecks or issues
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including materials management and quality assurance, to ensure smooth production processes
Provide hands-on supervision and guidance to production staff, including training, performance management, and motivating the team
Monitor and report on key production metrics, such as output, efficiency, and quality, to drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control techniques
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address production challenges
Proven track record of leading and motivating production teams to achieve targets
Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
