We are seeking a skilled Finance, Accounting & Tax professional to join our team in West Jakarta. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing tax compliance, preparing accurate financial and accounting reports, and supporting the company's financial operations.
Key responsibilities
Handling various administration of taxes and accounting/finance (such as taxes , accounting and finance Reports, Income/revenue statement report, book keeping, preparing invoices, account receivables monitoring, etc)
Manage tax compliance matters, including the preparation of tax returns and ensuring timely submission to relevant authorities
Maintain accurate and organized financial records using appropriate accounting systems and software
Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws, accounting standards, and corporate regulations
Support the development and implementation of internal financial policies and procedures
Collaborate with senior of finance / accountant and tax advisers to resolve complex accounting and tax issues
Stay current with changes in tax legislation, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
Data Maintenance such as filing data properly for present and future

What we're looking for
Minimum senior high school of accounting, or equivalent
Fresh Graduate are welcome
1 (one) year working experience in the related field is required for this position (Preferable
Having good communication skill and analytical skills
Brevet A and Brevet B Tax Certifications are preferred.
Strong knowledge in Taxes Regulation, Accounting and Finance
Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Accounting Software MYOB
Able to operate taxes system (Cortex)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Professional integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
Preferable having good verbal and written in English
Detail Oriented, Multitasking, Honest
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Able to work under targets and meet deadlines
