Key responsibilities:
- Support Quality Assurance activities and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage QA documentation, reports, and audit-related data.
- Assist in internal and external audit preparation, including ISO 9001 documentation and follow-up actions.
- Analyze and process data using Excel, including pivot tables and reporting analysis.
- Support training and development programs, including training administration and evaluation.
- Conduct recruitment support activities and assist in employee assessment processes.
- Administer and interpret psychological test tools for recruitment and employee development purposes.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure continuous improvement initiatives are implemented properly.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports related to QA and HR support activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
- Good communication in English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Training & Development, Recruitment, or related field.
- Experienced in using psychological assessment tools and handling employee assessments.
- Strong data processing and analytical skills, especially using Microsoft Excel (pivot table is a must).
- Have knowledge related to audit reports and ISO 9001 documentation/process.
