About us
We are a fast-growing beauty and wellness group based in Bali. Alongside our studios, we are launching a new business: importing Korean cosmetics in volume and selling them to businesses across Indonesia — clinics, spas, salons, pharmacies, retailers, and online resellers — as well as supplying our own retail brand.
This is a brand-new vertical. There is no existing sales team and no existing client list to inherit.
We are looking for someone who has done this before and can build it from the ground up.
The role
You will build our wholesale trading business from zero. That means two jobs running side by side:
Build the buyer side — find business customers, open accounts, and turn them into a repeatable sales pipeline that grows month over month.
Build the brand side — help us choose, source, and bring in the right Korean cosmetic brands, and prioritise which ones to register and stock based on real demand.
In short: you grow the catalogue of brands we carry and the list of businesses that buy from us, at the same time — making sure the two stay in balance so we never have stock without buyers or buyers without stock.
What you will do
Build and own the B2B sales pipeline from the first call to repeat orders.
Find and sign business customers: clinics, spas, salons, pharmacies, beauty retailers, distributors, and online resellers.
Source Korean cosmetic brands and negotiate supply terms, pricing, and minimum order quantities with suppliers.
Decide, with management, which brands and products to bring in first — based on what customers actually want to buy.
Work closely with our operations and regulatory side so the brands we sell are properly registered and import-ready before we promise them to customers.
Set wholesale pricing and margins, and protect them.
Hit clear monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep the pipeline organised in a simple, disciplined way (CRM) so progress is visible at any time.
As the business grows, hire and lead a small sales team.
First 90 days — what good looks like
Month 1: Map the market. Build a target list of business buyers and a shortlist of priority Korean brands. Make first contact.
Month 2: Close the first anchor accounts. Agree initial supply terms with at least one or two Korean brands. Set the pricing model.
Month 3: A working pipeline with repeat orders, a prioritised brand catalogue moving through registration, and a clear plan to scale.
Who we are looking for
Must have:
A proven track record in B2B, wholesale, or distribution sales — ideally building a territory, vertical, or product line from scratch rather than managing something already established.
Experience in beauty, cosmetics, consumer health, or a related fast-moving consumer goods field.
A real network of business buyers in Indonesia (or a demonstrated ability to build one quickly).
A solid grasp of how importing and distribution work in practice — sourcing, supplier negotiation, pricing, margins, and order quantities.
A hunter's mindset: comfortable starting cold, chasing leads, and being measured on results.
Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.
A strong plus:
Direct experience with Korean (K-beauty) brands or suppliers.
Familiarity with Indonesian cosmetics registration (BPOM) and what it takes to get a product ready to sell.
An existing relationship base among clinics, spas, salons, or beauty retailers.
Korean or Mandarin language skills.
