Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Back-End Java Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining robust server-side applications that power our core products. What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
Design & Develop: Build scalable, high-performance, and secure back-end services and APIs using Java and modern frameworks (Spring Boot).
Maintain Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while ensuring high test coverage through unit and integration testing.
Database Management: Optimize database queries, schemas, and data pipelines for both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
Collaborate: Partner closely with Front-End Engineers, Product Managers, and DevOps to design system architectures and deliver seamless user experiences.
Troubleshoot & Optimize: Diagnose system bottlenecks, debug production issues, and continuously improve application performance and reliability.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years (Mid) or 5+ years (Senior) of professional experience in back-end development using Java.
Framework Mastery: Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA.
API Design: Deep understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and asynchronous event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Databases: Proficiency with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle SQL, and familiarity with Redis or MongoDB.
Tools & DevOps: Solid experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is a major plus.
Mindset: Strong analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative team player attitude.
