Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and acquire new customers for freight forwarding and logistics services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
Conduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
Prepare and submit competitive quotations based on customer requirements.
Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed shipments.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Pricing teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve service-related issues promptly.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Participate in trade exhibitions, networking events, and customer meetings to generate business opportunities.
