Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop aftermarket sales accounts to achieve sales targets and profitability.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.

  • Monitor and evaluate aftermarket sales performance, including tracking KPIs and preparing regular reports.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

  • 5-12 years of experience in aftermarket/aftersales, preferably in Automotive, Manufacturing, or FMCG industry.

  • Strong skills in sales management, forecasting, and data analysis.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Good understanding of market trends and aftermarket business processes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and sales reporting tools.

  • Fluent command of English (both written and spoken).
