Main Responsibilities:
Manage and develop aftermarket sales accounts to achieve sales targets and profitability.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
Monitor and evaluate aftermarket sales performance, including tracking KPIs and preparing regular reports.
Conduct market analysis and provide insights to support sales strategies and business growth.
Prepare sales forecasts and coordinate closely with internal teams (production, planning, logistics) to ensure demand fulfillment.
Plan and execute customer visits, meetings, and promotional activities to enhance customer engagement.
Develop and implement aftermarket sales programs, including pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and aftersales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of sales activities and market updates.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
5-12 years of experience in aftermarket/aftersales, preferably in Automotive, Manufacturing, or FMCG industry.
Strong skills in sales management, forecasting, and data analysis.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Good understanding of market trends and aftermarket business processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and sales reporting tools.
Fluent command of English (both written and spoken).
