SALES & MARKETING SPECIALIST – HARLEY-DAVIDSON
About the Role
ONE3 Motoshop is seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist with a strong passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and V-Twin culture. This position plays a key role in driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and expanding our presence within the Harley-Davidson community.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Promote and sell Harley-Davidson parts, accessories, aftermarket products, and related merchandise.
- Understand customer riding styles and recommend suitable products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Harley-Davidson owners, communities, workshops, and partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, events, and digital channels.
- Participate in motorcycle events, rides, exhibitions, and community gatherings.
- Provide product education and after-sales support.
- Support marketing activities, campaigns, and content creation initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and customer feedback summaries.
- Represent the company professionally within the Harley-Davidson community.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, automotive retail, premium lifestyle products, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and V-Twin culture.
- Knowledge of Harley-Davidson models, aftermarket products, and rider needs.
- Active participation in Harley-Davidson communities, riding groups, or automotive organizations is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiar with social media, community engagement, and digital marketing.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C).
- Willing to attend events, gatherings, and business trips when required.
