Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate renovation projects from start to completion.
Monitor daily construction and renovation activities to ensure work is completed according to project plans, specifications, quality standards, and schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Inspect work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Identify and resolve construction issues or delays promptly.
Review construction drawings and ensure accurate implementation on site.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are available as required.
Verify completed work before project handover.
Maintain proper documentation, including site reports, work permits, and inspection records.
Ensure all renovation activities comply with local building regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Fluent in English and have good communication skills.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in renovation or construction Data Center or Building Construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel or work on-site across Indonesia.
