Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor buyer payments, installment schedules, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage company expenses, supplier payments, and daily financial administration.
- Track project budgets, cash flow, and financial performance across multiple entities.
- Coordinate with external accountants to ensure accurate bookkeeping and reporting.
- Maintain organized financial records, spreadsheets, and accounting systems.
- Provide regular financial updates and insights to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Financial Administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero or similar platforms.
- Background in property development, construction, real estate, or project-based businesses is an advantage.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English communication skills are preferred.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle confidential financial information with professionalism.
