Responsibility

1. Manage the recording of daily financial transactions, including general ledger entries, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, with a high level of accuracy.

2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

3. Handle tax administration, including the calculation and reporting of income tax (PPh), value-added tax (PPN), customs duties, and other applicable taxes in compliance with Indonesian regulations.

4. Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and submit tax filings accurately and within the required deadlines.

5. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

6. Prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors throughout the audit process.

7. Maintain organized and accessible financial records and documentation.

8. Prepare financial analysis reports to support management's business decision-making.

9. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Quatlifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance administration, accounting, taxation, or a related role.

3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) and the latest Indonesian tax regulations.

4. Proficient in accounting software and spreadsheet applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

5. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or modern accounting software is an advantage.

6. In-depth understanding of tax procedures and calculations, including Income Tax (PPh), Value-Added Tax (PPN), and other applicable taxes in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.

7. Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

9. High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics.

10. Experience working in a foreign-owned company (PT PMA) and proficiency in English.
