✅ Kualifikasi:

  1. Minimal S1 Akuntansi, Manajemen, Administrasi Bisnis, atau jurusan terkait
  2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang Payroll, HR Administration, atau Compensation & Benefit
  3. Memahami proses penggajian end-to-end, termasuk perhitungan gaji, lembur, insentif, tunjangan, dan potongan

  5. Menguasai Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF, SUMIF, dan rumus lainnya)
  6. Berpengalaman menggunakan HRIS/Payroll System (misalnya Talenta, Gadjian, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, atau sistem payroll lainnya)
  7. Memiliki kemampuan analisis data yang baik serta teliti dalam mengolah angka
  8. Mampu menjaga kerahasiaan data karyawan dan perusahaan
  9. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik serta mampu bekerja sama dengan berbagai departemen
  10. Mampu bekerja sesuai target dan tenggat waktu (deadline)
