As a Supply Chain Administrative Assistant, you'll be responsible of the following:
- Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain team in daily operations.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain supply chain documents, reports, and records.
- Assist in processing purchase orders, delivery receipts, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.
- Monitor inventory reports and assist in maintaining accurate stock records.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse personnel, and internal departments regarding order status, deliveries, and documentation.
- Track purchase requests and ensure timely processing of procurement activities.
- Assist in scheduling deliveries and monitoring shipment timelines.
- Maintain and update supplier databases, product information, and pricing records.
- Generate regular reports on inventory, procurement, and supply chain performance.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Respond to internal inquiries related to procurement, inventory, and supply chain transactions.
- Assist in resolving administrative issues related to orders, deliveries, and supplier documentation.
- Support inventory counts, stock audits, and reconciliation activities as needed.
- Coordinate with Finance regarding invoice processing and payment documentation.
- Perform other related tasks/duties assigned by the management.
