Responsibilities:
* Manage the procurement process for medical and pharmaceutical supplies.
* Negotiate with vendors and suppliers on pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
* Ensure product availability and complete purchasing documentation.
* Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery in accordance with company standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and evaluate supplier performance.
Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Pharmacy (Licensed Pharmacist is a plus).
* Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
* Good understanding of medical products, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
* Willing to be placed in BSD, South Tangerang.
