We sell premium LED chandeliers and smart home lighting through major marketplaces — Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop — and a growing network of social media channels. We're scaling fast, and we're building a content-driven sales engine where real creators produce real results.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We're not looking for an expert to manage a content creation process. We need a practitioner — someone who has personally built and managed affiliate channels, knows what makes a short video convert, and can look at a creator's content and tell them exactly what to fix and how to improve. You'll work with Affiliate marketing, mentor our small internal team of bloggers and content creators, raise their performance through direct feedback, sharp scripts, and clear task-setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review content from the internal creator team and deliver structured, actionable feedback
Write and edit scripts for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube focused on product conversion
Set clear KPIs and weekly tasks for each creator
Identify what's working in affiliate content and replicate it across the team
Track affiliate sales metrics (GMV, CTR, conversion) and connect them to content decisions
Monitor platform algorithm updates (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and adapt the team's strategy
Support onboarding of new creators as the team grows
Conduct weekly one-on-one calls with each creator to provide feedback and improve their work
Manage affiliate campaigns on marketplaces and conduct integrations with bloggers and creators
REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
Proven results in affiliate marketing or social commerce — with numbers (GMV, conversion rate, follower growth). We will ask for proof
Hands-on TikTok Shop affiliate experience
Ability to write compelling scripts for short-form product video
Experience setting tasks and giving structured feedback to creators
Fluent Bahasa Indonesia
Good speaking level in English language
Nice to have:
Experience with home goods, electronics, or lifestyle product categories
YouTube or Instagram affiliate experience
Experience managing or training a creator team
Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
WE OFFER
Salary: Rp 6,000,000 – Rp 8,000,000 / month based on the results on interview
2+% commission on affiliate sales generated by your team (with no limit!)
100% remote
