•Inspect all architectural, structural, MEP, and finishing works.
•Verify that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and relevant codes.
•Conduct routine site inspections during and after construction activities.
•Identify defects, non-conforming works, and workmanship issues.
•Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), punch lists, or defect reports.
•Monitor corrective and preventive actions until satisfactory completion.
•Reject damaged, defective, or non-approved materials.
