Oracle Team Leader
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of consultants specializing in Oracle ERP Cloud or E-Business Suite (EBS).
Drive Oracle implementation projects, focusing on Finance, Supply Chain, or HCM modules.
Oversee the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Oracle solutions according to client requirements.
Manage project risks, resource allocation, and quality assurance of deliverables while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Provide subject matter expertise to clients regarding Oracle best practices and continuous process improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams and offshore/headquarter teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations.
Proven experience as a leader in leading and managing project teams in a consulting environment.
Proficient in English (verbal and written) is a must.
Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules or Oracle EBS.
Strong grasp of Oracle implementation methodologies (OUM/AIM) and project management principles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
