Role Overview
We are looking for highly driven and technically inclined hunters to join our growing cloud sales organization. This role is focused on outbound prospecting, customer discovery, pipeline generation, and opportunity qualification across SMB and mid-market segments.
You will proactively engage decision makers, identify cloud transformation opportunities, and generate qualified pipeline for downstream sales and solution teams. You will combine strong business development capabilities with technical understanding of cloud technologies to drive meaningful customer conversations and accelerate revenue growth.
This is a fast-paced, KPI-driven hunting role suited for individuals who thrive in outbound sales environments and are passionate about cloud technology, digital transformation, and customer engagement.
What is your mission?
· Proactively hunt and engage net-new customers through outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email outreach, account mapping, and customer discovery conversations.
· Generate qualified cloud opportunities through proactive outbound hunting and customer discovery activities, enabling downstream sales teams to accelerate pipeline conversion and revenue growth.
· Execute high-volume outbound activities daily to build, manage, and grow a healthy sales pipeline across assigned territories and industries.
· Identify customer pain points, business challenges, and digital transformation opportunities to position relevant cloud and technology solutions.
· Conduct discovery conversations with business and technical decision makers to understand current environments, cloud maturity, business priorities, and potential solution fit.
· Drive pipeline generation aligned to defined KPIs including talk time, outbound activities, opportunity creation, and pipeline contribution targets.
· Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, activity tracking, pipeline updates, and opportunity documentation.
· Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including technical specialists, sales teams, partner ecosystems, and operations teams to accelerate opportunity progression.
· Stay updated on cloud technologies, industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital transformation initiatives.
· Demonstrate strong sales discipline, resilience, urgency, and adaptability in a highly target-driven environment.
· Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time within your category of employment.
Who are we looking for?
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
· Minimum academic qualification: Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines.
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, inside sales, demand generation, sales development, business development, or cloud sales environments, preferably with experience in cloud solutions such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, productivity, cybersecurity, AI, data, infrastructure, or business applications.
· Proven experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, pipeline generation, and opportunity creation.
· Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed outbound sales and pipeline generation targets.
· Comfortable operating in highly KPI-driven and activity-based sales environments.
· Strong interest and understanding of cloud technologies, digital transformation, and enterprise technology solutions.
· Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Cloud certifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), AWS Cloud Practitioner, or equivalent certifications will be an added advantage.
· Experience in SMB or mid-market customer acquisition environments is highly preferred.
