About the role
Peachblossoms National Plus School is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Kindergarten Teacher to join our dynamic team in Bekasi, West Java. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the early education of our learners.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and curiosity
Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing regular feedback, and collaborating with parents and caregivers
Organising and supervising classroom activities, field trips, and special events
Maintaining accurate records and adhering to school policies and procedures
Participating in ongoing professional development to continuously improve teaching practices
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience teaching in a Kindergarten or preschool .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for early childhood education
Proficiency in English (oral and written)
