Adecco is partnering with a leading Thailand-based clean energy technology company for EV Charging Infrastructure, Solar Power Systems (PV), Battery Energy Storage Systems (ESS), and Energy Management Platforms (EMP) company in West Jakarta area to hire a BD Specialist.


What You’ll Do

  • Identify and evaluate potential locations for EV charging station development through market research, site visits, and feasibility assessments.

  • Conduct site surveys and analyze commercial viability, accessibility, traffic potential, and business opportunities for new charging station locations.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, developers, and commercial property management companies to secure strategic locations.

  • Lead negotiations for lease agreements, partnerships, and commercial terms to support business expansion objectives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, engineering, and project management, to ensure successful project implementation and timely site activation.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support the company's growth strategy.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Site Acquisition, Leasing, Expansion, or a similar role within the property, retail, F&B chain, commercial real estate, or related industries.

  • Strong network and established relationships with property owners, developers, landlords, commercial building operators, or property management companies.

  • Proven experience in negotiating commercial agreements, lease contracts, and partnership arrangements.

  • Solid understanding of commercial property markets, site selection strategies, and location feasibility analysis.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with global management and regional stakeholders.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
