Key Responsibilities
Support daily operations of brand accounts on social media platforms (Tiktok).
Assist in content making as a videographer and a talent
Coordinate with the user to implement hot topics and manage comments in Tiktok post
Monitor social media trends and trending content relevant to the smartphone/tech industry.
Support community engagement reply to comments, DMs, and feedback in a timely and brand consistent tone.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve social content strategy and user engagement.
Qualifications
Passion for social media, digital trends, and technology (especially smartphones or consumer electronics).
Good understanding of social media platforms especially Tiktok and their analytics features.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools such as Canva & CapCut ( Adobe Creative Apps is a plus. )
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast paced environment.
