JOB :

  • Membuat laporan claim ke principle

  • Buat promo marketplace (flash sale, voucher, diskon, campaign) dan memastikan ketersediaan stok

  • Menanggapi pertanyaan, permintaan, dan keluhan pelanggan dengan cepat dan profesional.

  • Menganalisis data dan membuat laporan untuk membantu mengidentifikasi peluang peningkatan penjualan.

  • Membuat alur pesanan, pengiriman, komplain, retur & klaim

  • Melakukan monitoring late shipment dan menindaklanjuti segera
