Responsibilities?
Engage with clients to understand business requirements, and possess the ability to translate these into software system or product requirements. Capable of assessing the feasibility and rationality of business needs, communicating effectively with development teams in a timely manner, and delivering actionable solution outputs such as product requirements or implementation-ready plans.
Analyze and structure business requirements. Based on the client's actual business scenarios and proposed solutions, present and communicate these solutions to the client.
Manage project requirements, including tracking and validating requirement items. Handle requirement changes after final confirmation.
Requirements:
Full-time Bachelor's degree or above in a STEM field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project requirement analysis, with substantial experience in solution documentation and the ability to independently develop and clearly present solutions to clients.
Willingness to Travel: Able to travel frequently across rural and remote areas of Indonesia. Up to 8 months of business travel per year is required during the project delivery phase.
Experience in implementing large-scale IoT projects, smart manufacturing projects, or enterprise digital transformation projects is preferred.
Proficient in requirements gathering methodologies, with strong capabilities in business process and model analysis/design.
Deep understanding of relevant systems (e.g., ERP, PLM, MES, WMS) and business processes within past project domains.
Experience in managing specific modules or overall project management within digital implementation projects is a plus.
Experience in change management projects is a plus.
Must possess excellent English proficiency. Chinese proficiency sufficient for work communication is also required
