Production Assistant

Responsibilities:
1. Monitor Data Entry (SAP)

• Ensure the accuracy of material quantities, batch numbers, and compliance with the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principle.

• Perform CORK (Process Good Issue) transactions to ensure material issuance aligns with the production process.

• Ensure the Bill of Materials (BOM), actual material consumption, and process order status are accurate and properly closed in SAP.

2. Monitor Data Entry and Online Reports (ORS, MES, PATCH)

• Verify the accuracy of production quantities, product codes, and production data.

• Compare production output between SAP and Filling Reports to ensure consistency.

• Prepare production reports and immediately escalate any discrepancies to the Production Supervisor.

3. Production Process Support

• Ensure production activities comply with company procedures and quality standards.

4. Production Loss Monitoring

• Monitor production losses during each shift.

• Analyze production loss trends and identify root causes.

5. Material Preparation

• Ensure all raw materials and packaging materials are available before the start of each production shift.

• Coordinate with Warehouse and Production Planning teams regarding material availability.

• Monitor inventory levels to avoid production interruptions caused by material shortages.
  

Qualification:

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or related fields.

2. Experience using SAP and Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

3. Experience in warehouse operations and material flow processes.

4. Knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, SCADA (preferred).

5. Experience with Carton Pack aseptic filling systems is advantage (especially Ready-to-Drink production).

6. Experience in UHT processing is an advantage.
