Supervise utility operations focus, ensuring team performance, maintenance control, system reliability, safety compliance, proper documentation, and smooth coordination with related departments.
Job Description
Supervise utility team activities and daily work priorities.
Plan and monitor maintenance activities, including KPI achievement.
Manage utility documentation, including SOP, WI, logsheet, audit records, and reports.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, HSE, QA, and vendors to ensure utility reliability and compliance.
Oversee utility systems such as boiler, compressor, chiller, cooling tower, WTP/RO/DI, WWTP/STP, genset, and fire pump.
Ensure implementation of PM, PdM, CM, and basic CMMS for utility assets.
Qualifications:
Diploma/bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/chemical/industrial engineering or related field
? 2 years in plant utilities operations & maintenance (manufacturing preferred), Preferably with ? 1–2 years in a supervisory/lead role
Documentation & reporting (SOP, logsheet, KPI, audit dossier)
EHS & Risk (LOTO, confined space, hot work, chemical handling)
Basic electrical & instrumentation (MCC, VSD, sensors, meters)
Basic SCADA/HMI/BMS and Water/Wastewater Operations
