Job Description
Record and maintain all financial transactions accurately, completely, and in a timely manner in compliance with accounting standards.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including monitoring receivable and payable due dates, verifying supporting documents, and coordinating vendor payment schedules.
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accounting records are consistent with actual bank transactions.
Work and coordinate closely with Cost Accounting to prepare, review, and manage the calculation of Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) based on production cost data to support pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and cost control.
Manage the company's fixed asset lifecycle, including acquisition, recording, transfers, depreciation, and disposal in accordance with company policies and reporting requirements.
Coordinate internal and external audit processes by preparing supporting documentation, providing clarification to auditors, and following up on audit findings.
Prepare, review, and analyze periodic financial statements, including the Statement of Financial Position (Balance Sheet), Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Statement of Changes in Equity, to provide accurate financial information for management decision-making
Ensure all financial documents are properly organized and maintained in both physical and digital formats, allowing secure storage and easy retrieval for operational and audit purposes.
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including vendors, auditors, tax consultants, and other relevant parties, to ensure smooth accounting operations and compliance with applicable regulations.
Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes, systems, workflows, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
Perform other accounting and finance-related duties (ad hoc) as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, with proven experience handling the full accounting cycle and preparing financial statements.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is required.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM), inventory accounting, and Indonesian tax regulations.
Proven ability to independently prepare, review, and analyze monthly and annual financial statements.
Proficient in ERP systems, Odoo is highly preferred, with hands-on experience using the Accounting, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and data analysis functions.
Experience in month-end closing, year-end closing, bank reconciliations, fixed asset management, and audit preparation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
