This is an exciting opportunity to join the talented team at PT Baria Bulk Terminal as a Sales & Marketing professional. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and growing the company's presence in the North Jakarta Jakarta market. What you'll be doing


  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the North Jakarta Jakarta area
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns

What we're looking for


  • Having background sales in fuel, chemical and heavy equipment minimum 2 years
  • Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the Sales industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new business
  • Adaptable and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Bachelor Degree in any related field
