Assistant Audit Manager – Audit External
We are seeking suitably qualified high performing professionals to join our Financial Services, assurance division. You will be involved in providing assurance services to our portfolio of international and local clients in the trading, services and manufacturing sectors. You will be responsible for the execution of the Audit risk-based audit approach and leading audit teams during the fieldwork. In addition, you will have the opportunity to provide a variety of non-assurance services to our clients.
Requirements for Assistant Audit Manager:
· Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with Minimum GPA (IPK) of 3.50 out of 4.00 (strictly required for graduates from the year 2019 onwards). Preferrable Professional Certification (CPA/CA Indonesia/BPK Certification/ACCA).
· 5–8 years of experience in external audits at a Public Accounting Firm, including at least 2–3 years as a Senior Auditor.
· Technical Skills: Mastery of PSAK/ISA, audit report preparation, financial statement analysis, risk assessment, internal control testing, and audit documentation. Expert of SPAP (Indonesian Auditing Standards), audit methodology and PSAK, Proficient in international consolidation, group reporting, and foreign exchange impact
· Industry Expertise: Experience working across various industry sectors or specific specializations (banking, manufacturing, services, energy, etc.).
· Regulatory Skills: Understanding of OJK (Financial Services Authority), IDX (Indonesian Stock Exchange), tax regulations, and regulations relevant to the client's industry.
· Technology: Proficiency in audit software (CaseWare, Audit System, IDEA, ACL, Power BI, advanced Excel, and other data analysis applications).
An Assistant Audit Manager must be also be able to manage a team :
• Lead an audit team consisting of several Senior and Junior Auditors.
• Allocate work to team members.
• Monitor work quality (review working papers).
• Manage the time budget.
• Identify and manage audit risks.
• Resolve issues that arise during the audit process.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
